The hotel was located in a central area with easy access to a bank and other businesses, which is convenient. The staff were polite and accommodating. However, some guests noted that the rooms could use more attention in terms of upkeep, particularly in the bathrooms. The linens, kitchen facilities, and bathroom were not always the cleanest, and some guests had trouble with room keys. Breakfast options were available but could have been better. We were offered two complementary drinks on arrival which we enjoyed. the location was easy to find and close to many attractions. the bed was comfortable and we slept well.
